Connect your Discogs account and your collection, wishlist and folders appear. Two-way, so what you add on your phone shows up on Discogs, and the other way round.
Log a spin with one tap. Date, rating, mood and notes. The listening history that shows which records you actually play.
A pull from your own shelves when you cannot decide. Crate Dig runs entirely on your collection data, so it is free here too.
Search your own library and the Discogs database together. Point the camera at a barcode to find a release and add it.
Write an NFC tag, stick it on a sleeve, and tap the phone to open the record or log a play. Tags are bought separately.
No Spinstack server, no third-party SDKs, no tracking. Your Discogs credentials never pass through me. The Android app keeps the same rules.
Honest part
Some of Spinstack depends on Apple hardware or Apple frameworks, and I would rather say so than ship a hollow version of it.
Your collection, wishlist and folders come from Discogs, so they match on every device you own. Cross-platform sync of Spin Log data between iPhone and Android is not something the beta promises yet.
Builds go out through Firebase App Distribution. No waiting list, no invite codes.

Open the beta link on your Android phone, sign in with a Google account, and install the latest build. New builds arrive the same way.

Sign in to Discogs inside the app. Your collection loads, and from there it behaves like the iPhone app you may already know.

Crashes, sync oddities, a screen that looks wrong on your phone. Use the contact page with your phone model and Android version. I read every one.
It is in open beta. You can install the current build today through the beta link on this page. It is not on Google Play yet and there is no launch date.

No. Groove Vision measures a record with the LiDAR sensor on iPhone Pro and iPad Pro, and Scratch Detection runs during a Silent Session on iPhone. Neither is part of the Android build.
The beta is free to test. When it ships on Google Play, Spinstack Pro is planned as a one-time purchase, the same model as on iPhone: pay once, no subscription.
